1 ROOM - $140/night with breakfast - MAX 2 PERSONS (Main house or Kiva Suite)

2 ROOMS - $170/night with breakfast - MAX 4 PERSONS

3 ROOMS - Main house plus Kiva Suite - $210/night with breakfast - MAX 6 PERSONS

NO SMOKING - NO PETS IN THE HACIENDA (We do have a kennel area for dogs. We can not accommodate cats or exotic animals)

WE CAN BOARD UP TO 8 HORSES.

Alcohol: We do not serve alcohol, but you may bring your own. Please drink responsibly. Inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.

There is a 50% deposit to confirm your reservation, with the balance due upon arrival. One night stays require full payment in advance.
-Cancellations require 10 days notice prior to arrival for full refund of deposit, minus a cancellation fee of $10.00.
-Refund of deposit is subject to a $10 cancellation fee.
-If you cancel with less than 10 days notice and we are able to re-book your room, we will refund your deposit, less the cancellation fee. If we are unable to rebook your whole reservation you will be responsible for each night not re-booked.
-Guests will be responsible for the fully reserved date(s) regardless of late arrival or early departure.
-We are not responsible for inclement weather or any other reason you fail to arrive for your reservation. Please consider trip insurance to handle such events.
